Rates & Insurance
Investment in Your Healing
My rate is $140 per 53 minute session.
This reflects the depth of presence and care I bring to our work together. I offer a holistic, integrative approach that weaves together the wisdom of EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic health coaching—meeting you where you are, in mind, body, and spirit.
Each session is a space of intention, designed to support your healing, clarity, and return to wholeness. I view therapy as a sacred investment in your healing and growth, not just a conversation, but a transformation.
I hold a few spaces at a reduced rate for those navigating financial hardship. If cost is a barrier, please feel welcome to reach out—we can explore what feels accessible.
I do not bill insurance directly and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, I am happy to provide a Superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
How does payment work?
All payments are processed securely through the SimplePractice client portal. I accept the following forms of payment:
Credit or debit cards
HSA/FSA cards (check with your provider to ensure therapy is a covered service)
A Credit Card Authorization Form is required to begin services and must be completed prior to your first appointment. Your card will be automatically billed after each session, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
What are your session fees?
Introductory phone consultation (15 Minutes) Free
Intake (75 minutes): $160
Individual Therapy (53 minutes): $140
Couples/Family Therapy (53 minutes): $175
Extended or Intensive Sessions: Available upon request
Small Group and Workshop fees vary
Payment is collected at the time of each session through your SimplePractice client portal using a secure credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments with flexible fees, based on financial need as well as pro bono sessions for those who would not otherwise have access to counseling services. Please inquire during our consultation or send an email to discuss availability.
Why don’t you work directly with insurance?
Choosing to work outside of the insurance system allows me to offer care that is more private, personalized, and attuned to your unique needs. It means:
Your privacy is protected — no diagnosis is required to begin therapy
Your care is fully customized — free from insurance-driven limitations on session length or frequency
My time is spent where it matters most — researching effective interventions, deepening my clinical skills, and being fully present with you, rather than navigating administrative demands
This model supports a more intentional, spacious, and client-centered approach to healing.
