In case of conflict between this Privacy Policy and the HIPAA Notice, the HIPAA Notice will prevail.

Please do not submit PHI via website contact forms or email. For submitting PHI, including medical history, treatment information, or appointment requests, please use the SimplePractice portal or contact us through secure communication channels.
