• Individual Counseling

Sometimes life begins to feel overwhelming. You may notice anxiety that won’t quiet, a constant sense of pressure, emotional exhaustion, or patterns that keep repeating in relationships and work. You may feel disconnected from yourself, unsure why certain experiences affect you so deeply, or simply tired of carrying everything alone.

Individual counseling offers a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. Together, we slow down and gently explore what’s beneath the surface-your emotions, your nervous system, your history, and the parts of you that have been trying to cope the best they can.

Our work may include trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry. Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded, experience less anxiety, and reconnect with their inner clarity and strength.

This is a space to understand yourself more deeply, heal old patterns, and begin living in greater alignment with who you truly are.

  • Return to Self: 12 session integrative healing journey

Many thoughtful, self-aware people reach a point where they realize they are managing life-but not truly feeling at home within themselves. You may notice persistent anxiety, emotional exhaustion, disconnection, or the quiet sense that something deeper wants attention.

The Return to Self is a guided, depth-oriented healing journey for adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or quietly out of alignment with themselves. This is a contained 12 session psychotherapy process designed for clients who want more than symptom management and are ready for meaningful integration and change.

This work blends trauma-informed psychotherapy with EMDR, parts-informed approaches, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. We move at the pace of your nervous system-prioritizing safety, relationship, and presence rather than pushing for quick results.

Sessions may include gentle trauma processing, body-based awareness, reflective dialogue, and contemplative practices that support emotional integration and inner clarity.

This offering is especially supportive for individuals navigating life transitions, grief, chronic stress, anxiety, or the lingering effects of trauma-particularly for those who have “done therapy before” and are seeking deeper, more embodied healing.

The journey unfolds with a clear beginning, middle, and end, allowing space for thoughtful closure and integration as you reconnect with your inner steadiness and sense of self.

If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation to see if this work feels like the right fit.

  • Couples Counseling

Relationships can be deeply meaningful-and also deeply challenging. Many couples find themselves stuck in cycles of miscommunication, recurring arguments, or emotional distance that neither partner truly wants. Even when there is still love, it can feel difficult to reconnect or understand each other during moments of conflict.

Couples counseling offers a supportive environment where both partners can feel heard and understood. In our work together, we slow down the patterns that arise during conflict and explore what may be happening beneath the surface-often involving unmet needs, past wounds, or nervous system responses that make communication feel harder in the moment.

My approach integrates the research-based Gottman Method, which offers practical tools for improving communication, managing conflict, and strengthening emotional connection. Alongside these skills, I bring a compassionate, mindfulness-informed perspective that helps couples cultivate greater awareness, empathy, and safety with one another.

With greater understanding and new ways of responding to each other, many couples rediscover trust, deepen their connection, and begin relating in ways that feel more supportive and authentic.

  • Small Group Counseling

Healing can be profoundly supported by connection with others. In small group counseling, participants gather in a safe and confidential space to explore shared themes such as anxiety, life transitions, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation.

Being witnessed and supported by others who understand can reduce isolation and deepen the healing process.

These small circles often become powerful spaces for insight, connection, and growth.
